"The world is a dangerous place to live; not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who don't do anything about it." Albert Einstein
After the Cinema for Peace Festival, which promotes humanitarianism through the medium of film, did not include Tomo Križnar's and Maja Weiss' movie "Eyes and Ears of God" into its program, a group of activists set out for Berlin and try to air the movie anyway in order to call attention to the genocide happening in Sudan. The movie by Tomo Križnar and Maja Weiss is the only testimony from the turbulent regions of Sudan and has as such received the "On our Own Soil" award for humanitarian filmmaking efforts, given out by the Association of Slovene Filmmakers.
The LifeTouch team followed the movie being aired in front of the prestigious festival venue and presented the events in Berlin in a short documentary film Protest.
