Videominute: Breathing with the World!

This video, which was recorded in the so-called "time-lapse" technique, shows the city of Maribor just before the official start of the ECOC2012 project. The main event on the Leon Štukelj Square on Saturday, 14 January, represents a new beginning, as the city would soon start to blossom in a genuine European cultural spirit.
