Udarnik open-air cinema returned to Maribor at the right time and the right place last year and should become a takeoff strip for this long Maribor year. Lent is coming to an end, celebrating the end of a stressful period and announcing calmness and enjoyment, while Udarnik open-air cinema is a warm-up for the new year, it gives people new momentum, it doesn’t stress them out, in fact it prepares and motivates them.

The heat wave will come to an end and then we’ll be facing a new reality. The grand-scale Udarnik project is getting more and more recognition and is constantly getting involved in new projects. New challenges, new trouble, new solutions.

So what is the MB 2014 that we are talking about? We are without MARŠ and we do not care about anything else. Solving the problem out of our hands. Sustainability, yes, wonderful, sounds great. But is it really possible to assess which city projects havea potential to become sustainable and if we even understand the notion of sustainability itself, are there any criteria, analyses for it and why not?
